I’ve seen it’s high cortisol. I have one but in the last year since I started working out and lifting heavy weights it has gone down significantly. Honestly not sure if that’s exactly what helped

I use to have one of those as well ( I have pcos) it took awhile but once I got my insulin resistance under control it went away.

mines also genetics 🙄😭 my aunt had hers removed and it grew back quickly after.

I searched buffalo hump I had lipo and they sucked it out but now I need to get massages to smooth it it is very painful even still I feel I have scoliosis so I’m going to go to my physician

I have one of these and PCOS. I'm in the midst of losing weight and she is relentless. Does not wanna go away. Literally had to grow my hair out from a pixie cut to hide her. The hate is mutual ngl.
