best to get a Gardner to come and tidy up for you if yoi can't do it yourself. the last thing you want is to get a negative reference or an eviction because of breach of contract.

Person wey buy him house will not let someone to destroy his property. It’s a shame he has to do it himself though. You are responsible for keeping the garden clean. Pay gardeners to do it regularly.

it depends on how you met the garden when you moved in. If it was nicely done before you have to continue. it's your responsibility cos the neighbours might complain if the tree grows over the fence.
