@ejtorres92: People think that becoming a healthier version of yourself consists of how much you weigh and the number on that scale. That was me for a very long time. I’m officially at the point that i know that it’s about the small victories like the nonscale victories that make it worth while. My starting weight was 288, I am currently 275, and my goal weight is 140 (this is a personal preference/goal). I’m down 36.9 inches.
