You can tell someone's mindset by whether they're thinking about work as the tasks they're getting done at home. that's only part of work if you want to move up. The rest can't be done from home

depend on the job. but mostly HO workers are more productive and happy this is about control not about productivity. not even hiding it. there is easy way to seperate good and bad HOworkers imo

Yes, but the rat race is worse than ever. 1 1/2 hour each way is miserable. Especially when you are on 20-30 miles from the office. 3+ hour a a day in a car.

I don’t know if that’s true! Lowe’s home improvement right before Christmas last year laid off all of their human resources employees, that work from home. They’re overseas now.
