Not the best way to waterproof ICF. This is the way ICF contractors did it in the 90s. We all changed over to products like Delta MS. They are far superior because of the backside drain capabilities.

Beautiful job only thing I do different is bring a metal cap from the top of the wall over the waterproof liner the metal will last longer than The tar that you top sealed it with
