Bicep, I ve been told to lift the bar with the palms of your hand pointing towards you to avoid a bicep tear. Does anyone know if it’s true??

Does one fully recover from this? My first time in the gym I set my pr for deadlift at I think either 560 or 580 and lifted it twice no problem, but this adds a fear

oh yeah. that surgery is fun. they numb your whole arm from the shoulder down and you CANNOT move it for like 48hrs. it's so strange

Big dawg let this be a lesson, when we’re young we push the limits but think of yourself as car. Our engines run pretty good but you have to remember you gotta make that car last 60-70 years.
