@alfskitchen: Have you tried this method before?! Big shoutout to my brother Chef Greeny for showing me this! I’m pretty sure the debate is over… use both Mayo and Butter! To do this, All you need to do is build the sandwich, I used sourdough but use whatever you prefer! Then use some quality American cheese like @New School Quality American 🧀 and get the outside covered in @Kewpieusa Mayo. Then I placed it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and popped in my @Ninja Kitchen Combi, but you can use any oven! Bake for 350°F for about 10 mins!
