It’s a bit pricey but def one of the best sushi places outside of Japan. Up there with Sho in Honolulu, and Yoshino/Noz in New York

I have a question, if that’s okay! At this (or any) omakase, what do they do for allergies? I for example can’t have shrimp/prawns/lobster as I’d die. Do they skip that round or sub it with something?

the sushi sho he’s talking about is in honolulu btw, the head chef there only opened a new branch in nyc this year but from what i’ve heard it’s not as good as the original in hawaii
