U can claim for compensation on thier website and if u paid by credit card then u can claim for extra expenses like booking new flights and food and hotel under section 75 from ur card provider

I got compensation from wizzair a few years ago. It took a lot of pestering them to get it, so don’t give up! I was adding random managers and senior people to my complaint emails 😂

Go on FlightRight, it takes a couple months but I’ve gotten £1.5k worth of compensation from it, doesn’t cost anything it’s no win no fee

you can claim for compensation but if there was a IT hack they’ll probably claim extraordinary circumstances, so travel insurance is your best bet if you paid for extra things
