Not Optimal at all, 4 Anterior Deltoid Exercises is not necessary AT ALL. The Front Deltoid already gets Overworked in pressing movements like BenchPress or DB Bench Press.

Wayyyy too much volume, no need to do front raises if ur doing shoulder press, do one shoulder press movement, one lat raise, one rear delt for 2x each to failure
