@nomtasticfoods: This chili oil steamed eggs recipe is incredible, and it’s the perfect light side dish to go with dinner 😋🌶 You get the delicious mixture of flavors from the eggs, beef bone broth, and chili oil, and the texture is almost custard-like.  You can throw it together in about 20 minutes, and most of that time is just letting it steam, so it’s super easy and low maintenance. 👉 The full recipe is below, and be sure to let me know what you think if you give it a try! 🙌 INGREDIENTS  3 eggs 1 cup hot beef bone broth 1/2 cup hot water 2 tbsp chili oil INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Crack the eggs into a large measuring cup (I use the pyrex one with a handle and spout). Whisk them together well. 2️⃣ Add the hot bone broth, hot water, and chili oil and whisk well. 3️⃣ Fill your pan with 1 cup of water and heat on high until it starts to boil, then set to medium and place your bamboo steamer on top. Put a wide shallow bowl inside, and pour the egg mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the bowl.
