i became a back sleeper during early high school and it was the best choice. better posture, less soreness upon waking, and less acne due to my face not being jammed into a pillow lol

WHY IS IS SO DIFFICULT THO I SWEAR last time i slept on my back fully i was stuck in a loop dream and finally got out of it when my baby sister checked on me. it was close to noon on a weekend 😭💀

1 Pillow right under knees, 1 at arch of your back, 1 under head. Then i stuff a squishmellow in between the middle & top pillow. Changed my life fr, back is so comfy now I can’t sleep on my side anym
