@chacekitchen: Steak Salad Sundays Part 27 🥓🍅🥑🥚 Cobb Steak Salad with jammy eggs and spicy avocado ranch For the salad: 2 cups romaine Sliced steak Bacon bits 1/2 avocado, sliced 1 soft boiled/jammy egg, sliced in half Handful of mini plum tomatoes, halved Handful of crispy onions Crumbled blue cheese, to taste Spicy avocado ranch Spicy Avocado Ranch: 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1/4 cup mayo 1/2 avocado 2 tbsp fresh chives 2 tbsp fresh dill 2 cloves garlic Juice of 1/2 lime Jalapeño, to taste (I used 1/2 of a jalapeño as mine was really spicy) Salt and pepper, to taste Additional buttermilk (to add at very end to get to desired consistency. I usually end up adding another tbsp or so). **Add everything except the additional buttermilk to a jar and blend with an immersion blender. You can also just throw everything into a blender instead. Once blended, stir in additional buttermilk a little at a time as needed to get to desired consistency. For the jammy eggs, I boiled for 6.5-7 minutes and then put the eggs straight into an ice bath.
