I was told I had the same an the hair wouldn’t grow back but that was a lie rogaine made hair grow so that’s not true that scarring alopecia hair wnt grow

You should give Batana oil a try! I seen an influencer with scarred areas as well and it starting to heal the follicle for hair growth.
