@coacheugeneteo: The best triceps exercise nobody does anymore. If you want better shoulder mobility and huge triceps, this is for you. Use a high cable set up for more tension in the mid range, and the low cable set up you see here for more of a lengthened challenge. There’s a few “forgotten” exercises like this from the past, mainly because the equipment was less inconvenient for modern day gyms. I called up the old bodybuilding gym I grew up in the other day to see if they still had this machine. Sadly, they’d gotten rid of it. I get it, it’s a large piece that only hits one muscle that you could just use a cable for. But the “triceps preacher” really hit different, and if you haven’t tried this yet, you really should. If I can find that piece again it’ll find a new home right here at GanbaruHQ
