Ingredients. . 300g pasta- i used orecchiette but any pasta will work fine. 400g sausages, chopped 1tbs Italian mixed herbs 1 onion (finely diced) 3 cloves garlic (finely grated) 1tbs tomato puree 2tbs sun dried tomato paste 200ml chicken stock 120ml single cream 2tsp dried oregano Full bag of kale, chopped Chilli flakes and parsley to garnish (optional) . . Method. . 1. Pop your pasta onto boil with plenty of salt. 2. Fry off the sausages and the Italian mixed herbs until brown, then add in the onion and cook until the onion is soft. 3. Then add the garlic, tomato puree and sun-dried tomato paste and cook for a minute or so. 4. Add in the stock and cream. Cook for a couple of minutes until it’s thickened. 5. Add in the chopped kale and then the cooked pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes until the kale is cooked and the pasta is coated in the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed. 6.
