You don’t need so much pressure on her bit will trotting. You’re sending mixed signals…it’s usually what we do to compensate for weaker legs.

The leg pain will calm down eventually! Riding uses leg muscles so differently from like every other workout, it takes a long time to build the muscle memory and feel natural/steady

when breathing i do it with every two strides, like i’ll be breathing in one two and then breath out three four and then just keep doing it it makes for a steadier rhythm and just helps with everything
