CEO at my last job complained that he hadn’t been taking lunches because he was so busy. He came in 2 hours late and left 2 hours early. You don’t get a lunch break when you work a 4 hour shift.

I think we should just switch to deadlines work and if you are in time with at least 80% of your deadlines u can stay work at home if not u go back to office
