I use to work in a smoke shop when they would come in looking them I would say "I'm not sure what your talking about can you draw it for me" had a stack of sticky note drawings sitting on the desk lol

I work at a smoke shop and we keep our behind the counter unseen. So I have people come in and look around for a while and I have to kind of guess what they need and I hate it. It makes ME feel guilty

I worked in a smoke shop in PHX like 20 years ago. Do they still come in asking for “blue dots” or “the Pyrex?” Or “incense burners.” Used to have fun showing them all the incense burners we had.

at my smoke shop I'll have at least three a week ask for oil burners, rose glass, and crack pipes (that aren't for crack supposedly) I don't carry them specifically as I don't want them as customers
