Maki has not surpassed Toji. Makis feats are Tojis feats if they are stated equal then only boost in power they can get is “experience” and Toji is older and has been in way more combat. Toji wins.

I think it’s toji OK HEAR ME OUT with his worm so he has the chain the has the inverted spear and his sword (maki’s sword is basically the same) so he has better tech and most people say they’re equal
