I just bought one the exact one I've tried 3 diffrent pods every number but there is no flavor I have the original one and it works great

You have to start the arrow on lid with the letter of what hand you are using and twist right and the pink thing needs to be closer to you and tip just slightly

Idk what is going on here. I have one and mine works AMAZING. I love mine. Either something isn’t tight or you may have gotten a broken one

try making the flavor cartriage a little bit loose so its not a vacum. thats the only trick i got cause i have no problems with mine

Inhaling that amount of air from straw before liquid comes up is supposedly bad for us…. I want one of these so bad but if you gotta suck more air than water🥺

also you could pull the bottom gray piece at the bottom of the straw off I was surprised at how much more water I got when I removed it
