We were trapped on the plane departing from Naples for 7 hours before they finally let us off. We were given a cookie and cup of water during that time. When we got out, there were no Delta agents.

Y’all don’t understand they have to delay the planes for your safety. Don’t forget there’s snow on the ground and it turns into ice. Thank them for making sure y’all are safe.

I have been trapped 4 days. Maybe they should start fining them everyday! Maybe Pete should do a little more. Another example how our government does nothing but talk.
