CHICKEN STUFFED BUNS 🫶 I made 20-22 buns from this recipe you can half the ingredients to make 10-12 buns. INGREDIENTS: For Dough 1 cup warm milk 3 tsp instant yeast 4 cups flour ( maida) 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2 egg 6-7 tbsp warm water (add very slowly) Mix together milk and yeast, add flour, salt sugar, oil, egg, mix a bit, then add 2-3 tsp water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Grease your hands with oil while kneading if too sticky. Spread some oil, cover and put in a warm place for 15-20 mins. It will increase in rise. Punch it, mix it one more time. Chicken filling : 600 gms boneless chicken (boil n shred them) 6 tbsp butter or oil 3-4 green chilies chopped 1 cup bell peppers 1/2 cup carrots 6 tbsp flour 2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Paprika 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup milk 3-4 tbsp cream In a pan add butter, saute garlic, green chillies, chicken,bell peppers, and all the mentioned spices along with flour, give it a mix, add soy sauce, milk and cream, cook for 2-3 minutes until it started getting a bit thick but not dry, remove and set aside to cool.
