I have to drop one of my very first customers, he looks at me as if I’m some sort of little helper and tries to take use me for little tasks even though in a grown man. Can’t be around those people

trying to get the courage to tell all my old customers that I just can't mow for $35 anymore I know they're on a fixed income but I have bills and employees to pay too and it cost me $ to service them

You can't please everyone. Bottom line is your supporting your family too. I just tell them unfortunately I have to price increase due to prices. Clients will come and go.

I dropped one and was polite and honest about it they still turned around and left me a bad review on google . Not for the work but a bad review for dropping them . SMH
