I wish it listed what type of b6 & b12 it contains. I have MTHFR gene mutation & cannot have folic acid. I'm interested but it's too bad they don't list full ingredients.

right but what happens when you stop chewing it after months. you're either going to revert so you have to rely on the gum, or it's going to make brain fog even worse after quiting the gum
