our flight was with delayed with tui last year in the middle of the night I was 3.50 delayed. had 3 kids. we was meant to get home at like 2 we arrived home at 550am not one tui rep and no delay cause

We've just had a very similar experience with Tui from Rhodes!! Flight Saturday finally got back to UK yesterday TUIs comms were appalling!! I've got so money to claim back. I get the original issues was out of there control but how they dealt with it was shocking. They can expect my formal complaint on Friday
