To be fair.. where I live you 100% have your own personal beach on some of the beach front houses depending on the area. Ones by me are gated off for the houses and there’s signs saying private.

There are rules set in place in California for beach homeowners. They only own to the highest tide line. Then it’s free access (there’s more rules look them up don’t come here to hate me) 😜
