It’s all about giving yourself time to recover. If you like hitting the gym 6 days and are recovering fine, then 6 days is fine. But you can also make great progress with as little at 3-4 days ♥️

I think 4 days is better even 5 I’m trying to get to 4 days a week but I can’t necessarily do 2 legs days yet as my knees are recovering BUT I agree 4 is better because you can prioritize different leg muscles vs one day where you have to work them out all It’s better to do two! The progress has been slow for me 😩 and I wonder why my upper body is progressing faster LOL (twice a week)

I’m usually in the gym for about 1.5-2hrs but that’s because I spend 10 mins stretch before, workout 45-55 mins cardio 15 mins after 10 min stretch after cardio
