Just made this! Doubled it. I didn’t add the water with the taco seasoning, I thought the liquid from the tomatoes was enough. I used one pkg taco rice, one pkg Spanish rice. May add corn next time

I literally have everything needed but the caso,so I'm gonna melt mex-cheese over it(or even pepper jack😋)& make burritos😉🥰 (could also B a side w/grilled chix-breast or 🍔*xtra protein*)YUM! 😉🥰
