@universityofleeds: This week we were proud to present Kevin Sinfield with an honorary Doctor of Laws.    The former professional Rugby League player and passionate fundraiser shared some inspirational words about friendship with our graduates during his acceptance speech.    Sinfield spent his professional playing career with the Leeds Rhinos and is recognised as one of the most successful players in Super League history. Since retiring from professional rugby, Kevin has undertaken coaching roles including his current role with the England men’s Rugby Union team. A passionate fundraiser, he has raised more than £15 million for charitable causes through a number of marathons and endurance challenges inspired by his friend and former teammate Rob Burrow, who sadly died this year.   #LeedsGrad #ForeverLeeds #Graduates #UniversityOfLeeds #KevinSinfield #LeedsRhinos
