You don’t have to be fluent, or even good at it… It’s the effort that means a lot to them 🙏 In this call it had an immediate effect on the seller warming up to me… and I even got to get a little more practice in 😅 Remember, you’re always dealing with PEOPLE who have rich lives and experiences.
