I’ve had frozen shoulder twice. The first time was so painful if I moved it even a bit. It went on for months. I was 49 at the time and not one medical professional said it was peri menopause

Frozen shoulder for over 1 yr didn’t know I was almost done menopause at 47 started but took matters into my own hands & started HRT pain gone almost immediately!

I have had FS twice. I’ve also had 2 C Sections. I would have more C Sections any time. FS is terrible , nobody knows the pain until you’ve experienced it.

I had frozen shoulder that was so debilitating & painful that I eventually had surgery after 6 months because I couldn’t take it anymore. Now it’s starting on my other shoulder! 🤨

Frozen shoulder right arm in 2021 very painful, took about 2.5 year and still not fully recovered. I now have it in my left arm not as painful but still hurts. I'm 51.

i would cried most night. i'm scared to get into a deep sleep. bcoz in deep sleep, i would slept on my right side for long. when i woke up, there is this extreme pain, i would slide slowly to move.
