Mince (Ground Meat) for Nachos, Tacos, and Burritos: Ingredients: ½ can Black beans (rinsed and drained) 300g Mince (lamb or your choice) 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese Taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade, see recipe below) 30g ½ diced onion 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp tomato paste Salt, to taste Instructions: In a pan, add the diced onion and mince. Brown the mince over medium heat. Once the mince is browned, add the ginger and garlic paste. Cook for another minute. Season the mince with taco seasoning according to your taste preference and add salt as needed. Stir well to combine. Stir in the tomato paste If the mixture becomes too dry, add a little water to maintain the desired consistency. Sprinkle ¾ cup of cheddar cheese over the mince mixture. Turn off the heat and allow the cheese to melt. Your mince mixture is now ready to be used for nachos, tacos, or burritos. Homemade Taco Seasoning: Ingredients: 2 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tap garlic powder 1 tsp teaspoon onion powder ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust according to spice preference) Salt, to taste Add to a container and mix well, use as needed #nachos #tacos #burrito
