i ate sm during labor and my nurses and dodcor didn’t say shit but i think it’s still hospital policy some places but at the name time either way i don’t think they can actually tell you no to eating

When I was in labor with my first I was so thirsty. I had a linty lemon drop in my bag My husband put it in my mouth when the nurse left the room and when she came in I’d spit it in his hand. That’s love❤️

I had to be on a magnesium drip after my first baby for 24 hours and all I could eat was a cup of ice chips and hour and fruit. luckily I love fruit but honestly it was torture 😭😭

I said screw that and ate anyway. I had snacks all into bag and ate when the nurses and docs weren’t in the room. *I lightly snacked. I didn’t gorge on a full heavy meal*
