I’m a hypnotherapist and work with the ‘parts’ of the subconscious. This is not the same as disassociative disorder (split personality) but works with the different ‘parts’ of our personality.

That’s fascinating 🤔. But I have a question, why does your brain tell you that you’ve forgotten something….but it won’t tell you what it is? 🤷♂️😂

I knew someone with 6 distinguishable personalities. One had ASD traits including tue walking and difference in speech and one was a dog, all they needed was for a knee touch the floor to trigger that for a few hours. It was fascinating and exhausting.

this blew my mind when i first experienced it. I became aware of this when someone I know has it. The main personality can't draw and one of the others can, like amazingly.
