We do two HOAs, both have good people running it. They pay quick and ive been told the only people with the right to contact me is the treasurer and president. We make good money doing them also

I do but only deal with Hoa president. We do the whole subdivision home owners small talk with us but we treat every house the same . I’ve been doing there lawn maintenance for 5 years no problems

You do not have to agree to their requirements again you control the contract if they choose to sign it then they have to agree to what you’re comfortable with you don’t have to do anymore or any less

as the former VP of a condo board no. I sold my condo because everyone wants to pay no money in condo fees but wants premium maintenance and free repairs. buying a house was the best decision I ever.
