My job makes us stay past out time alot, then make us take longer lunch breaks, isn't that basically working for free? They are tying to say, yes you get paid for it.

If they refuse to pay your OT, before jumping to an attorney, file a complaint with your state DOL and the federal DOL. It’s free to file. Be sure to retain your time cards & payroll receipts
