Ur dad has to pay lobola. The same lobola must be kept by my family to pay for the wedding ceremony. We as the couple don’t pay. The lobola money is not for them to extend the house or any of that.

Sol is correct before there were firms it was the fathers who paid lobola and after that you still inherit some of the cows from your father when he dies then your sons lobola will be your responsibil

No Sol. Yes they say inkomo kababa, but the Baba won't give you a cent. Some give u 1 inkomo, but most they don't contribute nothing. A man will pay for everything, from lobola to wedding ring/dress.

No guys our parents dont have cattle even themselves so that nkomo zikababa doesnt work these days, a man must literally grind for everything, must take loans to get cars and houses then theres lobola
