My cat has the same issue :)!! Has he ever had lamb and rabbit before? If yes that’s not going to work 🥲 but the protein that worked wonders for us was horse!!! No more breakouts and I clean his ears

It could be the lickables. My cat, also had chin acne and we found out it was the lickables that was causing his skin acne, same spot as well.
