10% is my standard, if you don’t like the tip, ask for a raise. I’ll tip more if you go out of your way to make my stay more pleasurable, but no reason to go below 10% unless you deserve it.

I've been in spots where I wasn't able to tip and I've felt bad but I've also been in spots where I will tip a lot if I receive good service.

cause I'm in college, I tip 20% when I can but 15 is usually my limit. but if I can't afford that 20% or more tip, I tell thr manager how great they were and leave Google reviews. Reviews are huge now
