@crazykoreancooking: Replying to @🤩 Ana Rivero 🤩 Kkotgejjim (Spicy Steamed Korean Blue Crab) is one of my favorite Korean dishes. It is by far the best way to eat the blue crabs in my opinion. Kkotgejjim doesn't always include Mideoduk (Sea Squirt) but we had to add it because it's my favorite seafood ever. Sea squirts are so ugly but it's so delicious for those who have acquired the palate for them. You bite through the hard shell and soft oyster like part pops out with a squirt of fragrant flavored liquid bursting in your mouth. Most people then spit out the shell but I personally love to eat the shell as well. The aromatic flavor elevates the whole dish as well but I must warn it is an acquired taste and many people won't like it the first time. FYI, we were also going to add cod to the dish but we had too many crabs so we just steamed it on the side and ate with the sauce. #koreanfood #crabs #bluecrabs #bluecrab #spicycrab
