@iricksnacks: Say “YES” if swapping out junk food for REAL food has made weight loss way easier for you 🙌 All jokes aside, if you swap your 400 calorie muffin for a few eggs, a big bowl of berries with Greek yogurt and even some roasted potatoes. You are going to feel full ALL morning and not be starving by lunch even after eating the same amount of calories 🤯 For example: I can end the day UNDER my calorie limit feeling STUFFED if I eat ACTUAL food all day.. but if I eat too much junk food, its like those calories do nothing for me. I’ll literally be WAY over my calorie limit and still feel starving 🤦‍♂️
