I buy my team lunch once a week. To me it shows that I appreciate them and their work. If it wasn’t for them production wouldn’t be met. They work hard they deserve it

We did this when we had workers. No limit though. And coffee bar , fresh food every day, and weekly lunch orders . Miss doing that for a team.

This is so nice. Every food place I ever worked at around the time I was in high school didn’t even want to give the water out of the fountain for free let alone food.
