coach bakit po ganun, 1 month na ako naka CD, then goal ko sana mag lose weight, from 59 to 49. every week ko chinicheck ung timbang ko pero 59 parin. hindi gumagalaw, no sugar ako. and sinasamahan ko din ng exercise. yes, lumiit yung bewang ko kasi yung dati kong mga pantalon, medyo nagkakasya na pero yung timbang ko di na gumagalaw. ano po yung problema?
