The purpose of safe injection sites aren’t to reduce drug use but rather to reduce the spread of blood borne illness & infection. Which reducing creates less of a burden on medical services.

it's amazing how people think legalizing substances = less addictions like Portugal the reason why Portugal succeeded was because of their rehabilitation reform.

Yeah he’s conflating a lot of things together. He brings up “meth is an ok thing to do” the same way people will say “they’re making being fat popular”. No one is doing either of those things
