Oh my goodness, I have really bad sciatica on my right side. I have been getting injections for years because of the pain and the other day. I woke up with the pain on the right side in my cheeky cheek going down my left leg into my knee and now it’s in my calf I cannot walk. I saw my pain doctor and he just said you have to take your pain medication. I’m not here to live on pain medication. I will practice your video. I trust you. I follow you. Thank you for making this video.

I woke up sweating in pain and I literally cannot believe it. As soon as I was done with these exercises, I wasn’t even a one out of 10 on the pain scale. 😭 I don’t know how long this will last, but I cannot believe this worked! Thank you so much.

Will this help with Spondylolisthesis ? I was just diagnosed with this and referred to an orthopedic surgeon and wanted to know if it’s safe for me to try this ? please advise ! thanks...I'm a T12 Fracture and L2-S1 lower fusion patient. didn't have pain in my left hip before the Surgery. now I suffer HUGE pain in my left hip groin & sacroiliac pain rht hip/leg totally numb
