Tips 6-9 below↓ [comment “7” for 7 FREE business building resources!!] I’m celebrating my 3 year biz-aversary this week and reflecting on what it’s been like to build a $2+ million business in 3 years Here’s what I’d do from day 1 if I could go back…. 1- Create a freebie + tripwire (low cost offer presented to a subscriber after opting in) to grow & monetize my email list from day 1 I would create 1 of these 4 freebies: quiz, webinar, challenge, or pdf download I wouldn’t worry about long complex email funnels, I would implement those later on in my journey 2- Do a few 1:1 coaching sessions to get ideas on what 1-many offers to create Even if I wasn’t going to do 1:1 long term, this would help me to better understand my audiences needs as I listen to the questions they ask and find common themes 3- Spend more time learning how to sell and how to create messaging that attracts by investing in courses/offers and spending more time with my ICA to understand how to speak to them in a way that resonates 4- Create + sell 3 offers at different price points (low $ to high $$$) I wouldn’t do this all at once but start with 1 offer and then launch it and get to consistent $5k-$8k months selling it and then launch the next offer 5- Focus heavily on building visibility on 1 social platform I wouldn’t hop on every social media platform, just Instagram and building my email list to begin 6- Start using DM automations from day 1 to nurture and sell 7- Systemize/automate tasks asap The sooner you put systems into place (especially ones that can be automated), the easier it will be for you to scale and hire support + they will help you work less from day 1 8- Share more testimonials as case studies I would have a heavier focus on collecting information that I could share in a case study vs just as a testimonial because case studies are more powerful in bringing in new customers 9- Add order bumps to all offers This helps you to make MORE from the same effort because people are adding to their purchase at checkout and increasing their order cost [Drop “7” in the comments and I’ll send you 7 FREE resources that will help you grow your business!!!]
