I literally just had this conversation with my figure skater daughter who bravely became the QB for her High School’s new flag football team (her first time being on a competitive sports team). After the season was over, she shared that she learned so much about leading and understanding that it isn’t about perfection and making all the right decisions, it’s about growing as a team from the mistakes, the choices, and living with that collective experience while having each other’s backs. 🙌
