What about the Gorosei. Also how is Luffy not higher. He turns people into Cartoon characters. He spun Kizaru and a Gorosei on his fingers like frisbee and flung them like nothing.

Aokiji lasting 10 days against akainu, a direct counter, is madly unrealistic and dog writing if akainu is canonically stronger. That scenario alone is putting Aokiji above akainu
