The coriander roots have so much flavour! Dont throw Them out!! They Can be used in soups, grinded and put into meatballs or many other things 🪴

I deep fried in olive oil.... coriander was strained out (used on salad as a crunchy topping) the remaining olive oil so flavorful for cooking.
